I miss summer dearly, but the Halloween season distracts me from the shortening and colder days.

It was still nice and warm til we had a cold snap a week ago. Today it finally warmed a bit... because a rain storm moved in. I've been sick with a cold, but =Lindowyn decided this was the Best Time Ever to go take pictures. In the on and off downpour. Out in the woods.

And she was right, it was. She was at least smart enough to keep two umbrellas stashed in her car. She is completely to blame for my photos of tree pron, err um, photos of nature.
